All of our luxury townhomes offer 2 bedrooms with a loft above the master, 1.5 baths, fully applianced kitchens with granite countertops, hardwood, tile and carpeted floors, high efficiency heating and cooling and a full basement with laundry hook-ups.

2022 Pricing $2,499/month

Required Deposits:

First Month’s Rent – $2,499

Last Month’s Rent – $2,499

Security deposit of 1 month’s rent – $2,499

Merrimac Commons is a pet friendly community! We allow two pets per apartment max with a maximum weight of 25 lbs per pet. Indoor cats are $40 per cat per month. Dogs are $60 per dog per month; breed restrictions apply. Restricted dog breeds are Pit Bulls, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Chow Chows, Akitas, Presa Canarios, Cane Corsos, Wolf-Hybrids (or a mix that includes any of the aforementioned breeds). Veterinary records must be provided for breed and rabies vaccine verification. Pet owners are responsible for proper removal of pet waste from the property.
